Our VRide Helps You Find Your Fitness in 2014

Throughout this year, members of our VRide tracked their activity in our VRide group. I love our VRide because it motivates and encourages me. It also works; @ejourneys recently wrote about her 51-pound weight loss. I increased the distance of my walks (from 2 miles to 2 1/2 miles to 3 miles) and the frequency (from three times a week to six times a week).
