Respite Retreats Near You

As part of Caregiving.com's commitment to providing tangible respite resources, we've compiled a list of some respite retreats happening in 2022 across the U.S. and Canada.

No Barriers

The No Barriers Caregivers Program provides experiences that expand a family caregiver’s community, provide tools for critical and often-forgotten self-care practices, and encourage individual empowerment in order to live a No Barriers life. From hosting virtual and in-person community events, expeditions, and retreats, No Barriers can improve and empower the lives of caregivers nationwide by helping each participant address trauma and grief, find forgiveness, rediscover self, build community, and heal.

No Barriers offers a private, safe, judgement-free space for caregivers to connect, have real conversations about managing the life of a loved one, have thoughtful discussions, and build community.
